Our NDIS Service Offering
ACT Leisure Program provides the following supports:
Social Community Access (one on one and group settings)
NDIS Holiday
Personal Care – standard and complex
Transport – disability accessible van (available for one off hire)
Short Term Accommodation (commonly known as respite).
Service Delivery
As part of our service delivery, we can provide:
• supporting references/quotes for Planners/Local Area Coordinators
• Support for the review process
• Case coordination with evidence-based gathering processes.*
We provide a number of fun and engaging activities and programs for all persons, so there are always bespoke programs – tailored to specific interests and needs.
We hold regular events and programs every week, so it is never too late to come and join a class and have some fun! We also hold trips away outside of the ACT. If you are interested, please contact ACT Leisure Programs on 0417 339 648.

* – This is a free limited service and used to support the participant in their review process 3 hours support for each participant with ACT leisure program for each plan. Each request is per management’s discretion.
